Terms of Service – Mailtedfy

By accessing and placing orders on the Mailtedfy website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, operated by our Single-member LLC located at 430 3rd St, Eaton, CO 80615, USA.

  1. Account & User Obligations Customers shall provide true, accurate shipping and payment information when checking out. You are responsible for keeping your account login information confidential and all orders placed under your account. Minors under 18 years old must purchase with guardian consent.
  2. Product Description & Food Compliance All food products comply with US FDA food labeling and safety standards. We strive to display product pictures, ingredients, allergens, shelf life accurately on product pages. Slight color difference caused by screen display shall not be regarded as product defects. It is the buyer’s obligation to check allergen warnings (nuts, dairy, gluten etc.) before purchase.
  3. Pricing & Payment All product prices are in USD, excluding shipping fees and possible sales tax. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice for inventory and cost reasons. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment capture. We accept mainstream payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
  4. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before warehouse fulfillment and shipping arrangement. Once the package is dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and subject to our return policy rules.
  5. Intellectual Property All texts, logos, pictures, packaging designs on this website belong to Mailtedfy. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, commercial use is prohibited.
  6. Limitation of Liability Mailtedfy shall not be liable for indirect losses, personal discomfort caused by individual physical constitution differences after consuming qualified food products. Our maximum compensation limit shall not exceed the actual order amount paid by the customer.
  7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if failed, submit to local court jurisdiction in Eaton, Colorado.
