1. Free Shipping Threshold Rule (USA Only) We offer **FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all US domestic orders with a subtotal of $50 USD and above** (pre-tax amount, automatically applied at checkout, no coupon code required). Orders below $50 will be charged standard shipping fees calculated on the checkout page. Free shipping only covers standard ground delivery; expedited shipping upgrade still requires additional cost.
2. Processing Time Orders will be packed and handed over to carriers within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Food items will be packed with shockproof and fresh-keeping materials to reduce transit spoilage risk.

• Expedited Shipping (optional checkout upgrade): 1–3 business days Delivery delays caused by carrier backlog, extreme weather, natural disasters, remote address logistics or holiday surges are out of our control and will not be eligible for compensation.

1. Shipping Cost Rules For orders under $50 USD, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight, destination zip code and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotion cannot be combined with other shipping discount codes.
2. Package Loss & Damaged Shipment If the package is confirmed lost by the logistics provider, we will process a full refund or free reshipment. Damaged, leaked or spoiled food upon delivery shall follow our Returns & Refund Policy to submit photos/videos for after-sales claim.
3. Delivery Address Responsibility Customers must input complete and accurate shipping address, apartment number and valid contact phone number. Failed delivery caused by wrong address, recipient absence, undeliverable address or package refusal will not qualify for free redelivery.
